Canada Immigration

Why Canada is a Great Place for Immigrants?

Canada is one of the most popular destinations for immigrants. Its reputation as a diverse and economically stable country has led to an increase in the number of immigrants who call it home. During the late 1980s, there was the largest wave of immigration to Canada from Hong Kong. In 2021, The Canadian government aimed to welcome 400,000 immigrants to support Canada's post-pandemic economic recovery.

With a landmass of 9.1 million square kilometres, Canada is the second-largest country in the world. Canada is located in the top half of North America, and the country is bordered by three oceans: Pacific, Atlantic and Arctic. In fact, we have the longest coastline of any country. Each of Canada’s 10 provinces and 3 territories has a legislature under the leadership of a premier.
